- Billing and refunds: plans, top-ups, payments and refunds. Include the payment reference (it starts with PH- or pay_) if you have one. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
- More AI than Pro, or an agreement for your organisation: tell us roughly how many candidates you take through AI each month.

For questions about a test, an interview or a hiring decision, contact the company that invited you first. It decides how its hiring uses your data. If you cannot reach it, write to us and we will pass your message on.
