Nothing is shipped
ProctoHire is online software used in a web browser. We do not sell or ship physical goods, so there are no shipping charges and no delivery address is needed.
How the service is delivered
- Your workspace is ready as soon as you sign up and confirm your email. The 14-day free trial starts then, with no card needed.
- A plan is active as soon as Razorpay confirms the payment, usually within a minute. If you choose a plan during the trial, it starts when the trial ends.
- A bigger plan and its extra AI are added as soon as the payment for the difference is confirmed.
- A top-up is added to your extra AI usage as soon as its payment is confirmed.
- You can see your plan, its renewal date and your purchases in Settings › Billing and usage.
If a payment is not confirmed
Occasionally a payment takes longer to confirm. Settings › Billing and usage then says that the payment is being confirmed, and nothing needs to be paid again. It is added as soon as Razorpay confirms it; a payment that cannot be completed is returned to you by Razorpay. See our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
